更改Hexo链接格式

前些天发现URL里面有中文是多么的不方便，找了找怎么改链接格式，之后可能会改掉。

评论里面看到这个，需要注意。

If I use :title as permalink (with no trailing /) it creates hello-world with no extension instead of hello-world/index.html. It creates a download, not a web.
